Fine Art: Woman with a Head of Roses
Hm, that's probably how one interprets someone who's thinking of roses a lot. I've just seen some gorgeous artwork of an artist's own interpretation of fairytales. It's fascinating to see how people think through their art. For the simple minded, reactions would be probably like "I won't have thought or imagined that".

Fine Art: The Ship
This one's not so cute :-). It just reminds me to watch Pirates of the Caribbean (again). Dali's work fascinates me. Wow, that's how he thought of a sailing boat! Interesting really!

Fine Art: Soft Watch at the Moment of First Explosion, c.1954
I always associate Dali with his Melting Clock like Van Gogh to his Sunflowers or da Vinci to his Mona Lisa. Oh yeah, the masters and their pieces! Why do I like this one in particular anyway? Hm, it's less scary, lol! Seriously, because time is a resource and it gets consumed so I think this piece reminds us (or just me) that time is valuable and shouldn't be wasted. Ayyt?

Fine Art: Landscape with Butterflies
Was just wondering if butterflies are animals or insects are animals. Hm, hubby confirmed, yes they are animals (thank you) :-). I remember I had a book when I was small, well not really a book, just some pages which has this big, cute and yellowgreen caterpillar. On the first page, it ate an apple; second page, 2 bananas and so on and so forth. Until it ate ten, got really full, tired and fell asleep. When it woke up, it was already a beautiful butterfly.

Fine Art: Person at the Window
There must be something from Dali that is not too scary and weird :-). And I guess I found one, lol. I've been to a Dali exhibition and I was actually impressed by some of his works. Of course there was always that scary twist in every work but it's Dali! My favorite from him would be the melted clock, it's like time is melting!
