Fine Art: The Scream, c.1893

I've seen this before, I just can't remember where or it's just everywhere because it's too famous, lol! I love the movement as if you can really hear that guy screaming. I seem to be in Halloween scary mode today. But I've seen something cute for Halloween too, 3 Garfield Pumpkins. Click here to see.

I actually saw this one at the Art Gallery of Ontario - I want to say it was during the Barnes Exhibit. It was much smaller than I thought it would be!

the original is in Munch museum in Oslo. it was stolen twice, 1st in 1994 and 2nd time in 2004 but is now back on display since 2006. valuable piece, estimated to be worth up to 50million pounds. it got damaged when it was stolen but that's even adding to the painting's value.

michelle thanks for dropping by :-).
