Ahm, right now, would like to be on the beach :-). That's definitely a different place! And oh yeah that just reminded me of how I miss the beach (include the sun too). Where else? Ahm, since I like Christmas lights and decors, would love to be in Paris to see the spectacular Avenue des Champs-Elysées. What the eyes can see compensates for the rest (that'd be my kidney, haha!)
