I love the story behind the Taj Mahal. It is said that the king or the emperor had it constructed as the mausoleum of his beloved wife who died after giving birth to their last child. He must have loved her dearly huh. It's sad that she passed away but it's romantic how the hubby made such an effort to create something so beautiful to remember her. *Note to all hubbies!*
