Fine Art: Rupe Rupe (Fruit Gathering in Tahiti)
Oh how I love picking fruits. I wish to own lots of fruit trees so I'd be having fun harvesting later. No, I'm not talking about Farmville :-). It has to be a real farm with real trees. When I was younger, I would climb to get a ridiculously tiny, yellow guava. So much effort for such thing but I remember how excited and eager I always was to get one.

Fine Art: La Sieste
I love siesta! I don't normally sleep but just laze around, talk to other people in the house or just enjoy the quietness of the early afternoon. Hm, that was when I was in my hometown. And I remember we had a hammock, it was perfect to be there but got to fight who's gonna have it first. Ah memories! Got to browse some old photos the past days and there they are, memories getting refreshed.

Fine Art: Matamoe
Gauguin brings me to the tropics again. I grew up in the tropics so I always miss it especially during cold seasons. I would replace the peacocks though with some chickens. And I think that's a campfire there behind the man. I don't know but I really like the smell when someone is burning leaves or woods. It's so not here, maybe because nobody would do that here too. It's either prohibited or not safe or neighbors won't like it.

Fine Art: Tahitian Landscape
Lovely colors, gorgeous tropical landscape, warmer climate I guess, all nice! Seen some of Gauguin's work and he seemed to like painting Tahiti - landscapes and people. Isn't it nice to explore a place you haven't been to through someone's art?
