Fine Art: The Luncheon
Such a beautiful Monet! First time to see it. I love everything here; the sunny setting, the colors and the food on the table :-). Would love to have such a lovely lunch too! Had a great lunch today at least. No sun but it's okay. That's got to happen these coming months I hope.

Fine Art: Poppies
I really love these flowers! They make the fields look so romantic. I'm not really sure when they're in bloom, spring or summer. I wish to photograph them when I still get the chance. Something to remember from here. I'm kind of busy with that actually. Hope it gets warmer soon so I can be outside often.

Fine Art: Sunlight Under the Poplars
Oh my, I love this one! I haven't seen this before (otherwise I would have featured it right away). Love the colors definitely, so beautiful. I'm looking forward to another season to see a different set of colors in the field or trees, just anywhere. Had been suffering from blurry vision and it seems to have gotten better, that means more colors and things to see and enjoy.

Fine Art: Camille Monet & Child in Artists Garden
Before you paint your beloved for a little memoir. Now you take photographs, lots of them that you can't even remember which is which anymore. Well, for those who don't have the talent in painting, photography always works :-). I think I will also have to settle for the last one unless I'll take my drawing seriously.

Fine Art: Water Lilies
My memories of water lilies were so pretty. We had this rainy season when lots of water flow. Water lilies grow in color green and not colorful like Monet's though. But still they were pretty little plants peacefully floating through. I wished I was a waterlily once. I mean seriously how many can float like they do :-).

Fine Art: Red Boats at Argenteuil, c.1875
It was a very nice weekend for us here. Sunday started to be a bit windy but at least the sun was shining. Down the river walk was great, was able to take some photos though quite tricky because of the light. Seen some boats passing by but no pretty red boats. I always wanted other colors but quite hard on this time of the year, just lots of orange and gray. It's called autumn I guess :-).

Fine Art: Beach at Trouville
I was just reading some photography tips yesterday, one was giving importance on the clouds and yeah first thing I noticed here is the clouds. They give important information on the whole picture, what day it was like, was it windy. It's like adding some drama, some life to it.

Fine Art: Fisherman's Cottage on the Cliffs at Var
Was just browsing some photos of houses with ocean and bay views ;-), ahh just wanna move in immediately! We'll see, we'll see! You never know what the future brings, hehe. Anyone watched Mamma Mia? The place is in Greece I think. What a gorgeous view too!

Fine Art: Tramonto a Lavacourt
A bit tiny but beautiful! Sunset orange combined with purple, love it! Here I am again with the colors of sunset. This one reminds me of my favorite dessert, hehe. Pretty similar colors. This is something for the eyes to feast and tummy to growl :-).

Fine Art: Boats Leaving the Harbor
Ah, I think it's time again to watch Pirates of the Caribbean. My favorites obviously and watched them several times already. I'm glad my hubby loves the movies too, it's like escaping for both of us, going into that world where goddesses fall in love with mortals and of course lots of pirates too :-).

Fine Art: Madame Monet and Her Son
I dream of a sunny day in the field with lots of wild flowers, grasses and maybe butterflies :-). Would you not love that too? Ah beautiful Monet painting below, it simply delivered what's in there. Add the warm wind blowing on the face, is it not too hot in that dress :-)?

Fine Art: Die Treppe
Oh how I love Monet! His paintings always have this romantic appeal (yep I guess romantic is the term). Die Treppe is german for the stairs (hm, happen to speak the language, hehe). Strange to see a title in german, something like this always come with something french :-) but could be that the house was in Germany.

Fine Art: Irises
I'm just in love with purple at the moment. It's a beautiful color! I thought I would be stuck with blue forever :-). Well purple is very close already to blue but whatever, it's another color, that's what matters, lol! It's obviously a nice day for me today, I laugh a lot (actually, been laughing since last night, really in good mood). Sun is shining, could be the reason. Wish everyone a great day too!

Fine Art: Il Viale del Gardino
I'm calm today and I'm loving it. Sometimes, if you didn't have something for a long time, you tend to forget how it's like, right? Being calm is one of them for me, so glad I've a taste of it again :-). That's also why i picked the painting below, it made me more calm. I can do with a short escape right now, wanna come?

Fine Art: Field of Poppies
There you go... a field invaded by beautiful poppies! I have fun memories playing and running in the field though we don't have poppies back home but it was nevertheless wonderful. When you're young, you've less worries and tanked with energy that you can run and roll and play endlessly :-).

Fine Art: Impression, Sunrise
I'm not really a morning type of person so I tend to miss beautiful sunrises a lot. I've got to definitely change that. The sunrise is supposed to be the continuation of my favorite sunset (well, that depends which one you think is first: the sunrise or the sunset?). Whichever way, I think they're equally beautiful and shouldn't be missed both :-).

Fine Art: San Giorgio Maggiore by Twilight
For sunset lovers like me, twilight always comes as a bonus :-). I love this short period when the color of the sky is reddish-orange, so warm yet cooling just exactly like the picture below.
